The Topaz has small-medium dimensions and a trunk-circular shape. The peel is smooth and clear. It has an intense red color with many veins. The pulp has a yellow-cream colour, is crunchy and juicy.

The apple has a sweet but acid flavor at the same time. 

The Topaz is available from agoust to mid-march.
